Thanks, Nancy. Ever go into that 7/11 on Lassen and Mason? That's where they had the best stash of candy and Slurpes that were rarely that icky cola--but always a good flavor like lemon-lime or cherry. Good times!

But WHO could pass up a Keith Partridge Lunch box??? I remember once seeing their bus and it was absolutely the HIGHLIGHT of my week!
Ahhhhh for those carefree days!
Speaking of which, you reminded me of a good one... I have recently discovered your books and was reading some lil tidbit on the back cover where you mentioned you and your sister racing up to 7-11 to get those oversized sweettarts. OH Man, it took me zooming right back to the day. Used to LOVE those and would buy a case if I could ever find them again (they'd have to be the right ones though) Thanks for that lil after school memory!
Oh and on the book topic.... LOVING them!! I think I am on my 5th one in about 2 months... I am sure your Boise readers love having real places mentioned (One reason I have always liked Dean Koonz. It's fun to be able to picture the actual place he's describing in his stories. I'm just finished reading "Lucy gets her Life Back" and Vince Tremonti... hmmmmm sounds like he should be a Jr High teacher or something hmmmmmmmmmm
Great Books! I am having a good time devouring them.
